[LargeFormat] List Server Housekeeping (again!)

Two items today:

1. If anyone is using a freebie EMail account with limits on the 
mailbox size, please be warned that the list server will 
automagically stop sending you mail if there are bounces when your 
account reaches its mailbox size limits. After emptying all that spam 
you will then have to check in to 
http://www.pairlist.net/mailman/listinfo/largeformat/ , log in and 
edit your account settings to re-enable mail delivery.

2. For those of you with digest delivery of mail, when responding to 
posts, please edit the subject field to that of the subject of the 
Email to which you are responding rather than the default 
"LargeFormat digest Vol etc.".
