John,
I'm not sure if this would fit your need, but I can direct you to a lab here
in Montreal that has an 8x10 enlarger for sale.  The caveat is that is
prints on the wall and moves on tracks that are fitted on the ground.  Great
for huge prints but perhaps not easy to operate if your darkroom can't
accomodate that format.
