[LargeFormat] 490 degrees of doubt

Dear Friends,

     Some little time back I posted a question about what was happening with
Linhof - I had ordered a Kardan E and was waiting for months for it to be
delivered.

     I can report that it is now in my hands and has lived up to all my
expectations. It would appear to be one of the best value for money
monorails on the market - at least here in West Australia. I can finally
mount the 240 mm Imagon soft focus and push it out far enough to get a good
head and shoulders under the studio lights. I hope to use it with a 150
Symmar S as well for the sharper images.

    I hope to take it out to the next belly dance concert and see what the
movements can do to compensate for the odd places that the dancing takes
place in. At least people will know that it photography is going on!
