please assist me in the conclusion of a 490mm conundrum..........
i own a linhof carl zeiss sonnar 250mm F5.6 whose shutter works and as =
far as i can make out produces a very sharp image. its in top condition. =
the problem is its very big and i walk around with huge amounts of =
equipment already.
i have been offered a rodenstock 240mm F5.6 sironar copal no. 3 for a =
song.
do i sell the beast to a collector and buy the more modern lens. what =
are the attributes of the rodenstock? coverage, shutter quality etc?
i use a technika 4 by 5 mark IV and have another which i need to =
jettison as well as a 5 by 7 which i need to sell. can anyone suggest a =
suitable forum?
will the rodenstock be accomodated by the a technika lensboard, it has a =
large girth?
i also want to do some maintainance on my hasselbald 500 C body. =
pointers to a good user group please?
