[LargeFormat] Bogen Corp. humor?

I'm just trying to figure out the mindset over a Bogen/Manfrotto.  Did
they do this on purpose as an inside joke, just to see if anybody
remembers, or are all the ad people over there still being weaned on
Barney videos and are too young to remember?!
