[Jacob-list] tail banding

Fifty years ago when I started out in 4-H the method used to cut the tails off was to hold the lamb between your knees and place the tail on a block of wood and cut it off with and ax and then apply flour to control bleeding.  Todays options sound more humane.  We band tails now but not too short.
