[Jacob-list] new owner - thin sheep?

Hello!  Am new to sheep, I acquired three young Jacobs nearly three weeks
ago,and was finally  been   to get my hands on one of them for a good
feel.  To me she feels quite underweight - I can easily feel ribs, and she
has a prominent back and hip bones.  How should they feel?  They are 4
months and 6 months old.  I would appreciate any info you could provide.
