Jennifer, we would never laugh at you, well, not much any way. :-) It is often interesting to hear how one part of the county reports the weather for another part of the county. I have family in IL and IN. Over the years they have often called to ask if we were ok when our weather was nothing like what they heard.
As for AGM weather, this morning the weather report says next Fri, Sept 10th is to be in the low 80s here. Sat is to be 77. Sun 85. Hope they are right. No rain predicted but that is not necessarily a good thing, My meadows are quite dry.
We are still looking for AGM registrations. Have heard from about 20 people who earlier said they except to come but have not yet actually received those registrations. If you are coming and have not sent in your registration, just zip me an email so I know how much food, chairs etc to get. Looking forward to seeing many of you next weekend.
Thanks,
Royal

OK.. You Easterners can stop laughing at me!
I feel like you guys are getting the same chuckle out of me, that I get out of folks who worry about our regularly scheduled Blizzards here in Colorado.... Laughing...They are no biggie for us.. a one day event.. but folks from other parts of the country worry about them!
You have to remember that those of us out west, who MIGHT receive 12 inches of ANNUAL rainfall (and most of that is DRY powder snow), when I hear about reports of heavy rainfall in the quantity they are saying.. I am thinking massive flooding.. then add in , that you all are at less than a mile high elevation, and my mind spins! If we get 4 inches of rain in a single day, we are underwater anywhere that isn't a slope for a week!
I'm looking at the schedule and seeing if we can make it.... Its IF-fy at best... But was curious!
