I, too, sent them a letter. I stressed that many readers trust their
publication, and the misinformation hurts our small businesses. I have a
knitting friend who recently told me she had never touched my yarns or
fleece in the three years she knew me because she'd read somewhere that
Jacob fleece is coarse! It's a challenge to educate the public, especially
when the information in print contradicts us.
