[Jacob-list] Sick lamb

I need a little advise here...

I have a bummer lamb that's about 10 weeks old.  He was one of a set of triplets...the first triplets any of my girls have had.  The ewe rejected 2...took to the first one with no problem but didn't want anything to do with the other two.  So the two started getting bottle fed.  One died the second day.  The other guy has been up and down as far as his health seems to go...he had a tough time then seemed to rally back.  Now he has a stiff legged gait with his front legs...one day he's up and around the next day he seems too weak to stand, then he comes back around.  For the past two weeks he's had this stiff gait and it seems like his front end isn't developing as fast as his backend.  His rear is higher then his front shoulders (kinda like a wheelbarrow).  He doesn't eat grass yet although he's out all day.  He's on powdered milk replacer.  And he's really small for being 10 weeks old...all my other lambs that age are twice his size.

Am I missing something?  Is there some kind of vitamin deficiency?  Should I be providing some type of supplement besides the lambs milk?  I've given him a bowl of dried alfalfa and some Timothy Hay pellets but he isn't interested in that either.  Any advise would be greatly appreciated
