[Jacob-list] Baby lamb rescued

  I received an e-mail from a lady in Northern CA. Her daughter brought home a new born Jacob lamb that had been abandoned in a building. Since this lady had sheep before, she knew what to do. She bought powdered colustrum to start and now the five week old lamb is being bottle fed with lamb milk replacer. 

The little ewe lamb is doing well,and has a Brahma heifer that watches over her. Terry found out she had rescued a Jacob when she found the JSBA online. She is looking for a couple of companions for her lamb.

Terry lives in the small town of Penryn, 30 miles from Sacramento.

The little ewe is lucky that Terry and her daughter gave her a happy home.
