[Jacob-list] voluntary scrapie program

I have been in the volunatry program for many years and am currently
certified scrapie free. In NY, and I believe the information I have
is USDA and therefore national, even as a certified free flock I can
bring in rams from any source as long as they have a flock id on their
tag. Ewes are limited to equal or higher staus flocks but rams can
come from just about anywhere.
