[Jacob-list] Castrating

So far, I have 3 ewes and 2 rams( 1 assisted).  When do I castrate the
males?  And should I even bother since they're going to end up on the dinner
table?  Also, when can they be taken away from mom?

 

One more ewe left to lamb.  Then I can relax...

 

And do fencing, shovel out the barn, compost pile work..
