CeCe knows that and he is given the judges packet but a judge picks what he THINKS is correct.
His name was Keith Chamberlain. Does anyone know this person.

Hello Peg...I would voice your concerns to CeCe at the
Sussex Fair, since she is in charge of the sheep
shows. We should be pretty vocal about what "is" and
"is not" acceptable with the Jacob Breed. The
organization has a "Judges Packet" which I would be
happy to send to CeCe, with our admonition about the
inaccurate remarks/comments made by the Judge.

Hhmm...his country, Ohio....
