It is usually to your advantage to milk a ewe up to about 36 hours after 
birth to have a supply of colostrum in the rare event that you are forced to hand 
feed a new born.  The milk should be place in a baggie, write the ewes name, 
date of milk and then freeze it.  When you need the milk, deforsot at room 
temperatrure; do not micro-wave defrost, do not micro-wave heat the milk post 
defrostong.
