JSBA has a page devoted to products made from Jacob wool http://www.jsba.org/memberproducts.html
that you might find interesting.

At the moment, I am spinning a Navajo plied yarn from randomly selected locks (washed and hand teased, but not carded) for a local shop and weaving some fleece and roving rugs. This is the first time I've tried weaving from fleece and roving. It is certainly not a quick project, but it's a whimsical process that I find enjoyable.
