That's funny,,,,I remember the day I realized COB was an acronym,,,,,had been buying it for months,,,,,read the label a million times,,,,,then one day the feed store was out,,,so I had to buy just rolled oats,  or barley can't remember which,,,,and I asked the guy if he thought they'd like it, and he said well it's one part of COB so yeah, they should like it,,,,whaddya mean it's one part,,,,,,OHHHH,,,,,,,the "O" part!  I get it!  C=corn, O=oats, B=barley,,,,aaaahhh,,,,,,,,,,,city girl turned country,,,,,I'll get this down!  =o)

  Hi all--Several have e-mailed me privately asking what COB is, so I thought I'd better clarify.  Sorry, I tend to forget that different areas have different feeds/names for the feeds.  COB is a commercial mix of rolled Corn, rolled Oats, and Barley, available as "wet" (molasses added) or "dry" (no molasses).
  I'll try to explain myself more clearly in the future!
