    I just got back my rovings from www.spinderellas.com.  The turn 
around time was about two weeks for the rovings. My rovings ended 
costing about $5.00 per pound.  She has no minimum, but will charge for 
at least 2 lbs of finished product.  Most of her business is from out of 
state and they can do yarns.  She is an amazing fiber artist and knows 
her stuff with blends and colors.
