Hi,

Ewe pH of the vagina can modify what sperm do better at surviving and swimming to any available ova.

If the ova are not there, the sperm cannot create them...

THUS, the ewe determines or has a modifying factor in all procreation. She cannot do it alone. She cannot create viable sperm, and she cannot make the little guys swim faster and further.

BTW: About 25% of the time, you should get 2 boys, 25% of the time you will get 2 girls, and 50% of the time, you will get a boy and a girl in sets of twins. Now---my sheep never discussed matters with Mendel's pea garden, so they don't match up with these ratios well.

Do the ewes determined the no. of babies they have and do the rams
determined the sex/gender of those babies?
