Maybe 50% of my ewes have had an extra pair of non-functional teats. Why would the vet want you to snip them off? They never caused a problem. The lambs were no more confused by them than they were by tails, tags, knees, or any other prtuberance 12" off the floor and still, they somehow survived to adulthod :-) thom
