Hi Gillian
I would suggest that you keep your made up milk in a covered jug in the fridge, making up a fresh batch every 24 hours.  Pour only what you will need for each feed into the bottle then wash and sterilise it and the teat between feeds just as you would for a human bottle-fed baby.  You could of course have several bottles each with one feed in. 
Repeated heating and storage of milk will allow bugs to grow and cause the lamb to scour.
