When I have bred a ewe that carried the gray lilac
variant to a chocolate lilac ram, I got a grayed brown
color lamb. In the group of sheep we got from MD last
year, there were no two browns in the group that were
alike----some very warm browns and some grayed shades
of brown (and i am not talking about gray wool
either---as in old age sort of gray wool).
