[Jacob-list] Broken horn

[J Thomas]

Is there a way to remove the horn and then cover the
"stump" with the material they use to make a cast? or
some kind of water repellant athletic tape? That would
be water & fly repellant and allow the horn to heal.
Over time, the material would wear away.

Would this work?
