[Jacob-list] docking

I had stopped docking tails several years ago.  I had no problems with fly
strike or dirty rear ends, except in the cross bred sheep.  These sheep had
woolly tails and they didn't lift them out of the way enough.

While I didn't have problems with the sheep themselves, buyers were extremely
reluctant to buy them as breeding animals.  Meat sales were unaffected.
