[Jacob-list] primitive traits

Is it correct that the more primitive Jacobs have flatter horns - the
"improved" sheep horns tend to be more rounded, like the Horned Dorset -
that has been my understanding.  Also, blue eyes - do they appear in the
improved flocks?
