[Jacob-list] Ram marking harness

I had a marking harness made of nylon webbing (think I got it either 
MidStates or Premier). Had to cut reams of webbing off to make it fit a 
Jacob, but it fit well. The problem was the crayon kept coming out of the 
holder and was lost. 

Most commercial breeders, in this area at least, just smear the crayon on the 
chest of the ram. They have to replenish the crayon about every three or four 
days, and when switching rams, they use different colors for each ram.
