[Jacob-list] Lamb Processing Prices

$2.25 a pound is for slaughtered weight, not live animals. I sell live
cull animals for $50 to get them gone quickly ( to the ethnic market for
eating). No transportation costs, no slaughter costs, etc. I also get
between $50 and $75 at the sales for unpapered animals. I sell
"problem" animals either direct to the ethnic market or to the sales,
whichever is most convenient at the time. These are animals that are
not breeding quality, have iffy wool, or just are hard to manage. Of
course, the best animals are kept for breeding here or are offered for
sale.
