[Jacob-list] SCRAPIE program and SAFF

A couple of years ago our local butcher would not take sheep remains due to
some policy change.  That ended my custom sales and slaughtering at the
farm.  The next year he was removing remains again but the price had gone up
for sheep.  I didn't ask questions.  mary
