Neal, it just might be possible to have that sheep-drawn sleigh in
Harmony's parade.  My dad as a young boy growing up on a farm, talks
about a pet sheep he had.  As a boy he would ride the sheep, and to get
it to "go" he put a bucket of feed on the end of a pole which he held and
dangled the bucket  in front of the sheep...........you know, the old
"dangling carrot" theory.  

It might work.........................  ;-)
