[Jacob-list] coyotes

I had a horse run at and kill a sheep.  Broke it's neck.  Think it was
recreational Quarter Horse activity.  I rarely let the horses and sheep
together.  The sheep section of the corral system has no lower rail so that
the sheep can get in and out but the horses can't.  They are in a corral
that wraps around the sheep corral on two sides which may deter predators.
One of my present horses seems to enjoy running through groups of sheep just
to see them scatter.  She doesn't then 'work' them.  mary
