Hi all I wondered if there is any connection with horses keeping coyotes away. We live in Michigan and only have a few in the woods behind the barn. Our sheep pasture runs next to the horse pasture and the coyotes don't want to come near the horses. I see them in the field nearby but they tend to avoid the area where we keep the horses.
