[Jacob-list] Barbeque Help Needed

Two of my yearling wethers are scheduled to be butchered for a big barbecue
this weekend.  I'll know more after that probably.  The fellows who are
doing it have been for years.  Last year's wethers were done in a pit BBQ.
Fire in a pit until there were lots of coals then piling some dirt on and
then the sheep wrapped in layers of thick tinfoil as I recall.  Left for
hours!!  Will try to get more details.
