It is great that people like Kelly & Mary Ellen are willing to travel around the country and pick up sheep for others as well as themselves.  Kelly arrived in a brand new stock trailor to pick up Puddleduck Sir James for herself, Lorraine ("Boots") for Linda Bjarkman, and Sharon Hill's two ewes and yearling ram.  Thanks Kelly!
Our county fair is going on this week - a busy time!  This year I was pleased to find a tent with beautiful alpacas, roving, and yarn for sale.  A cinnamon colored female had a 2-week old baby which looked like an adorable fawn.  The group was a bit nervous and making low humming sounds.  Since I am a fiberholic, I will go back today and buy some roving to add to my "collection".  Alpaca blends nicely with Jacob.  Has anyone else tried it?
