My lilacs have lilac facial markings. My early grayers still have black facial
markings, but definite gray wool. Some of my lilacs have been a slate blue
color and some a chocolate color. Most have had a lighter color ring around
the eye, but not all.
I read re:Coopworths that a light "teardrop" below the eye was an indication
that the animal was a lilac carrier. When I had crossbreds, I found that to be
true, but I've never seen the teardrop in a Jacob. Has anyone else?
