I wouldn't worry about it, keep them separated and in 2 or 3 weeks the virus will run it's course.  No sense messing with them if you don't need to.  We have never had it here, but with my kids who used to get it every spring, I found the eye drops are not the greatest and they burn.  Sheep pinkeye is a virus and it will run it's course.
