Sheep! magazine has recipes in each month's issue, I've found some really 
good ones there.  One recipe calls for a pound of ground lamb cooked up, 
seasoned, and put on a Boboli pizza crust with sauce-yum !  With roast lamb, 
I have the butcher bone and roll the leg, and  I tuck rosemary and garlic in
