Everybody subscribed to the list should have just received a message like
the one below.  My list software upgrade has finally kicked in, and we're on
the new system.  I will be tweaking things for a couple days, but it should
be working OK now.  I'll forward any messages that collected this afternoon
while I was away.

I'll be sending more information and tips as I get the list configured.
