[AGL] Fwd: H-E-B Curbside: Order Ready for Delivery

That's what we assumed. Great trepidation awaited our first home
delivery. (Today's was the second). Charlie, you may not be familiar
with the HEB chain and their employees. Not morons, but very helpful.
Picking canned goods doesn't leave one open to bad selection. But we
have been pleasantly surprised by the fresh produce we ordered: garlic
buds, green cabage, lemons, limes, etc. Every item was more than
satisfactory. Now as you say ordering a fish is a different kettle of .
. . fish. We haven't tried that. I agree that some specialty items would
seem to require personal selection. Top chefs go to the wholesale
markets every day to see what's available and what's acceptable. But for
ordinary shopping (check out the stuff we ordered) it sure beats driving
to 41st street and racing up and down the aisles ourselves. I don't know
why we got free delivery and were not charged $9.95.
