[AGL] influx of homeless

Most of these men look like they are over 40 and 50 years o!d. Just a
curious observation. I am currently video journaling my brother who is 45
and still on meth, worked only 2 years his entire life, the system has him
on SSI and he continues to use the money for drugs and has never met his
grown son and now granddaughter. Socialism at its worst!
