one of my favorite internet radio stations is  Radioswissclassic.ch.
You can listen to the commentaries in 4 different languages, english included. 
You can listen to jazz, rock, pop, or classic music. And you can choose to 
listen to selections from CDs and/or make purchases from them but keep in mind 
shipping is from Switzerland.
