Ghettonians,
What I find to be Whole Foods' best deal is this: I "shop" the buffet for
the ingredients I like to put together to make dolmas. When the mix looks
about right I weigh and pay. Then I come home and give it a pulse or so in
the food processor, and then mix it with an equal portion of short grain
rice. Instantly I have the stuffing for dolmas. I can make dozens for a
whole lot less than restaurant menu prices. These, with a tub of taboli and
dish of hummus with pita 8ths and I'm set for Meditaranean lunch, for a
whole week!
Best,
Frances

Cooking note: Short grain rice is best for making dolmas, the grains don't
poke through the grape leaves.
