  The International Biennial of Photography and Photo-Related Art
  will be March 10-April 23, 2006.
  It's held here in Houston, kind of situated all over town - mostly around downtown and Museum District; Heights and Montrose.  It is a world class art event. The fotofest2006 themes are
  The Earth
  Artists Responding to Violence
   
  Don't cost anything to go see any of it, except maybe feeding the parking meter in some cases.
