End Death Penalty Executions

I hate to seem stupid but who is this guy? I don't read the local fishwrap 
that often and only read the NY Times on Sunday and the Express News some of 
the time.

I always liked the Goya paintings of the Spanish Revolution, and there was 
that painting of the Juaristas and ol Max by that French guy whose name I 
forget. And that has absolutly nothing to do with anything...
