Okay, folks, it appears that the consensus is May, and earlier than the
28th. A few want April.

I’d like to give it six weeks so that out of towners can make
reservations – that is May 14th.

Ewie, Clementine, Stephanie, and other out of towners if the 21st is
good, and the 14th is not, let us know. And if there are other
objections, speak up. I say we set the date tomorrow morning.

Subject: ITS A CRAZY WORLD OUT THERE - WHERE THE WHIP ?

My Dearest Fontaine (your all knowing) Hear Me -  Ms Stephanie has
offered to prepare the corn bread, I will prepare Blackeyed Peas and a
side dish of cajun style sardines (with crackers) it has been suggested
that no tables & chairs be rented instead each to bring his/her own or
sit on the wall. Others have offered to bring table here and there,
others have offered to bring extra chairs.  You say there is enough $$$
in the pot yet I have counted at least $80 Bucks offered.  The only
SMALL problem left is the date ?  Many dates have been suggested
mostly the 21st or 28th of May. SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO may I suggest that YOU
(all knowing & wondrous) set a date and stand by it........Whats that
old saying about pleasing some of the time (sorry mind has gone
blank).  Anyhow I will enjoy cooking up a LARGE POT of Blackeyed Peas
and sardines on ice.  May is a beautiful time of year and should not be
wasted unless wasted is warranted........L&P2U&Urs.......Wayne Jr.
