Hi folks,

As some of you know, a major focus of mine for more than a year now has
been co-leading a global leadership initiative called From the Four
Directions.

We've spent time thinking and learning about what it takes to bring a
new kind of leadership forward in the world. We're working with a new
definition of a leader as "anyone who wants to help". And we're working
with a powerful concept. We believe that if we can invite leaders all
over the world into local circles of conversation with each other, they
will develop more courage to lead. We believe that if we interconnect
those circles of conversations, globally, we will help seed the
emergence of wide-spread change.

Given the events of the last month, inviting leaders -- which means you
and me -- into conversation with each other seems more important than
ever.

We've spent the last few weeks enhancing the From the Four Directions
website -- http://www.fromthefourdirections.org.

You now find things like a basic guide to holding leader's circles
(http://www.fromthefourdirections.org/articles/basicguide.htm)

And some specially selected resources for talking about what's been
happening: http://www.fromthefourdirections.org/whatcanwelearn/

With much, much more on the site as a whole.

Come join us. Have a look around.

Best,

Bob
