Hey Kevin,
Great to hear that argus is still working for you.
rastream.1 has replaced rasplit.1 ... you should be able to run it the same way as rasplit.1 ... rastream.1 offers the ability to do analytics on the 'stream', write to sockets, pipes, as well as write data to files. So its an extension to raspilt.1. If rastream.1 doesn't work or you would prefer that we keep rasplit, I can put it back ..,
Hope all is most excellent,
Carter

I continue to use Argus heavily with Security Onion NSM systems, which now have standardized on the Oracle rather than Ubuntu Linux platform. Thus I am now building Argus 5.0.2 server and clients on Oracle Linux 9.5 and all seems to be working for me thus far, except that it is not producing an rasplit executable. I heavily depend on rasplit.

I see an rasplit.h in the souce code directory tree though I find no rasplit.c anywhere, which may be normal. Is there anywhere particular you might suggest I look to find a possibly subtle missing dependency that might be quietly resulting in no rasplit binary generation? I'm happy to send you a copy of whatever logs you like.
