[ARGUS] rasplit missing after otherwise successful build of Argus clients 5.0.2 on Oracle Linux 9.5

Hi Carter,

It's been a long time since we last chatted. I've been continuously and
widely leaning on Argus for about 20 years now and still find it
invaluable. I continue to use Argus heavily with Security Onion NSM
systems, which now have standardized on the Oracle rather than Ubuntu Linux
platform. Thus I am now building Argus 5.0.2 server and clients on Oracle
Linux 9.5 and all seems to be working for me thus far, except that it is
not producing an rasplit executable. I heavily depend on rasplit.

The output from ./configure, make, and make install does not look
problematic to me. No reference is made to rasplit in any of the output
however, nor do any errors stand out. I see an rasplit.h in the souce code
directory tree though I find no rasplit.c anywhere, which may be normal.
Is there anywhere particular you might suggest I look to find a possibly
subtle missing dependency that might be quietly resulting in no rasplit
binary generation? I'm happy to send you a copy of whatever logs you like.

Thank you so much for more recently bringing OpenArgus and version 5 to the
open source community. I hope to switch all my NSM stacks from 3.8.2 to
the new 5.x soon, if I can get rasplit to compile with the rest of the
package.

Thanks again!
Kevin Branch
