[ARGUS] Argus v5.0.0 release branches

Gentle persons !!!
I have established the v5.0.0 branches for argus and argus-clients on GitHub …
Took a little magic with Git to get the rebase correct, but these branches are the commits needed to go from v3.0 to v5.0.0, with the complete log history.

These branches are now the release candidates for argus-5.0.0 and argus-clients-5.0.0.
For those that have shown an interest in testing, please test these branches !!!!

   % git clone  https://github.com/openargus/argus.git
   %  cd argus; git checkout v5.0.0

   % git clone https://github.com/openargus/argus-client.git
   % cd argus-clients; git checkout v5.0.0
