[ARGUS] Installing argus on Centos 8

Morning Carter,

http://qosient.com/argus/dev/argus-3.0.8.3.tar.gz and
http://qosient.com/argus/dev/argus-clients-3.0.8.3.tar.gz works. I can't
seem to download using https.
