ARGUS_DATA_DSR len is zero error

Good day.

I'm following up on a thread from October of 2009 by the same name.  I 
recently did a check of the argus archives on one of my systems and 
noticed that all of the archives are short.  All archives over a 12 
month period were affected.  Using ra yields the error shown in the 
subject.

My question is, has anyone seen this before?  Is there a known cause for 
argus suddenly stopping logging.

Version is argus-3.0.8.2-10.fc30.x86_64 on Fedora 30.
